Adisia is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering Ethiopian women in Israel. As Ethiopian families settled in Israel, they faced challenges in establishing a livelihood and adjusting to their their new home. Adisia enables newly immigrated Ethiopian women to continue the tradition of embroidering colorful images based on religious symbols and nature. The program also provides support and counseling, along with other community activities, to help integrate these women into their new lives.
