The Parents Circle Family Forum (PCFF) is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting dialogue, tolerance and reconciliation between Israelis and Palestinians. The PCFF is made up of more than 500 members, both Israeli and Palestinian, all of whom have lost close relatives as a result of the ongoing conflict in the area. Since 1995 the PCFF has been working consistently to show that pain and anger can be transformed into empathy rather than revenge and hatred. The PCFF recognizes the potential of the women in its ranks to act as an important factor towards a long term reconciliation process by being the catalyst within their various communities towards this goal.
